Format
- Two members will present their progress and status of ongoing projects. ~20-30mins each, including discussion.
- We will use the remaining time for free, random conversations for any business.
- In the last week of each month, we will have two presenters from the DAWN faculty and the associate.
- Everyone will get ~one (faculty/associate) or ~two (student/postdoc) chances per year to share the progress.
- There is no need for sophisticated slides, but a few casual slides would be helpful, including a brief introduction of project(s).
- The meeting could be used for "proposal discussion" ~ a few weeks before the proposal deadlines of some major telescopes.
- Please feel free to exchange slots between yourselves, and contact the coordinator when it's fixed.
- **For Presenters** Please send a short title of your progress report to the coordinator by Friday of the previous week.
