Every year, the Young Astronomers on Galactic Nuclei (YAGN) conference gathers young astronomers (mainly Master/PhD students and junior postdocs) to exchange their latest findings on the general topics of supermassive black holes and active galactic nuclei. It provides an opportunity to promote new collaborations and exchange ideas in a warm and informal atmosphere.

In 2020 this conference took place virtually but for YAGN21 we are aiming at a hybrid conference at the Niels Bohr Institute (NBI) from 1 – 3 September 2021.

If you are interested in attending the conference, please sign up at:
The deadline for registration is June 30th.
To maximise the interaction during the conference, the number of participants will be limited and registration is required, even for local participants. The conference is free of charge (no registration fee) and participants can choose to attend it virtually or in person (depending on covid restrictions).

Best regards,
The organising committee, Pedro Capelo (Univ. Zurich),  Massimo Dotti (Univ. Milan), Dan D’Orazio (NBIA) and Sandra Raimundo (DARK/NBI)
